Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Online payments are handled by PayPal and our selling agent Undershot Ltd trading as Sorpaid.com. Any refunds will be made via PayPal and the appropriate transaction fees deducted.

2. Cheque Payments must be payable to Branchword Consulting Ltd , and be sent by first class post on the day of booking. If payment is not received , the right is reserved to release the booking to other persons if demand requires.

3. No refunds for cancellations will be made if notification of the cancellation is received less than five working days before the event

4. Any refunds for cancellations will be subject to a £5 administration charge and any transaction charges made by PayPal or their agents.

5. The person making the booking warrants that he/she has authority to make the booking on behalf of his/her organisation

6. Any special catering or dietary requirements must be notified to us at least two working days before the event, and we will endeavour to meet any reasonable request

7. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will endeavour to rearrange the course to a mutally acceptable time and location, and if this is not possible a full refund will be made.

8. If an attendee requires a CPD certificate, this must be notified to us by the close of the event, and a certificate will be supplied within 14 days.
